Information we collect

Data you provide

  • Account information: name, email address, and any optional profile details you add.
  • Support information: messages you send through help.cloud385.nl/rush or support@cloud385.nl.

Automatically collected data

  • Workout and activity data: GPS-based routes, distance, speed, pace, elevation, duration, step count, and workout metrics.
  • Health data (with your permission): workout write-access, heart-rate data, calories, and related metrics from Apple Health, Google Fit, or other supported services.
  • Bluetooth data: heart-rate and sensor readings from connected HR bands and watches.
  • Device and app data: device model, operating system version, language, app version, logs, crash data, and diagnostic identifiers.

Third-party services

Rush uses trusted third-party providers to operate the app:

  • Google AdMob – delivers personalized or non-personalized ads.
  • Firebase Analytics – measures usage, performance, and feature engagement.
  • Payment processors (App Store / Play Store) – manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.

These third parties may automatically collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and usage data as part of their operation. Their use is governed by their own privacy policies.

How we use your data

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide core running and interval features, including accurate workout tracking.
  • Connect to Bluetooth sensors and health services.
  • Analyze performance to improve training features and app reliability.
  • Display ads and measure ad performance.
  • Handle premium subscription eligibility.
  • Send transactional messages such as support replies or account notifications.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data.

We only share information with:

  • Service providers operating under strict data-processing agreements (analytics, hosting, error reporting, subscription validation).
  • Health integrations (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit), but only with your explicit permission.
  • Authorities, if required for legal compliance or safety.

Data retention
